Diagnostic Assessments for Individuals

A diagnostic assessment is a full psychological assessment that will confirm if an individual has dyslexia or dyspraxia, as well as identifying possible ADHD (please read our essential information on ADHD assessments).

We specialise in assessments for university and college students and for adults in the workplace. We also assess school aged children (aged 11+) for dyslexia only. Assessments are carried out by an experienced Specialist Assessor with an Assessment Practising Certificate (APC) to meet the highest industry standards of assessment.

A detailed report is completed afterwards, which will highlight strengths and challenges and make recommendations for support. It can also be used to:

• Apply for exam concessions, such as extra time.
• Apply for funding through DSA (Disabled Students' Allowance).
• Apply for an Access to Work Grant or to request reasonable adjustments at work.

The reports often help individuals to understand their unique learning profile and learning strategies.
